PLAN-X refered to a secret project, also called "175 Dickheads", which was abandoned by the A.S.S. board members in April 2004. The plan was to go out one night and put condoms on all the knobs of the railings in Broad Street. But A.S.S. decided that, since we were already communicating with the council, it would be a bad idea to piss them off by subversive activities. Only one condom for documentation...
