TILLYDRONE - the love patrol

It was Bobbi's idea. She doesn't like the No Ball Games signs. She thought that, by painting the signs pink - her favourite colour - we could get rid of the negative message and the kids and everybody else could enjoy playing freely in their community.

We agreed to only paint one sign - just as an example - because we didn't want to get in trouble with the city council. The sign was at least 25 years old, the wood half-rotten and the pole all rusty.

The pink sign stood for two weeks, then the council cut it down. But we did it...
